Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, about 1 ¼ cups
½ large white onion, about 1 ¼ cups
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice, about 1 lime
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out seeds. Chop tomatoes into small cubes.
Cut ½ of a large white onion into small cubes.
Finely chop cilantro and juice one lime.
Add the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Cover with cling wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
