No Bake Frozen Oreo Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 oreo cookies, crumbs

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 oreo cookies, crumbs

  • 6 oreo cookies, crushed

  • 2 oreo cookies, crushed


Preparation

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. Add 24 oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until cookies resemble fine crumbs. Add in the melted butter and combine.

  3. Press the oreo mixture into the pan and press down into an even layer. Place in the refrigerator.

  4. While that is chilling, place the cream cheese in a medium sized bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat on low medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.

  5. Add the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Using the hand mixer, beat on low medium speed until well combined and creamy, about 1 ½ minutes.

  6. Fold in the 2 oreo crumbs and the 6 oreo cookies crushed into chunks. Pour the mixture over the oreo crust.

  7. Add the 2 oreo cookies crushed into chunks over the top.

  8. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

  9. Once set, remove from the freezer and cut into 16 bars.

  10. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
