Ingredients

  • 8 raspberries

  • 2 mint leaves

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, ¼ medium lemon

  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup

  • 1 single shot gin

  • 1 cup tonic water


Preparation

  1. Muddle the raspberries, mint leaves, and lemon juice in a glass.

  2. Add simple syrup, made from equal parts of granulated sugar and water, gin, and tonic water.

  3. Stir together. Pour mixture through a mesh strainer.

  4. Add ice to fill the cup with the filtered drink.
