Ingredients
3 medium avocados
½ medium tomato, about ½ cup
⅓ medium yellow onion, about ½ cup
3 ½ tablespoons lime juice, about 1 ½ limes
1 ½ teaspoons tony chachere original creole seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Mash the avocados in a medium bowl.
Cut a tomato in half and scoop out the seeds of one half. Chop the half of a tomato into small cubes.
Cut ⅓ of a medium yellow onion into small cubes.
Juice one and a half limes.
Add the tomatoes, onions, lime juice, tony chachere original creole seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
